February 3, 2017 “Year of the Rooster” Asian Fest

Get a taste of the amazing Asian culture at this fun annual event. Enjoy music, food and customs of China, Japan, Okinawa, the Philippines and more. Brightly colored Chinese Lion Dancers will parade through the marketplace. “Feed” the lion and bring good fortune in the year that lies ahead. February 3, from 5-8 pm. Free for all to attend.

February 4, 2017 Waimea Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival

Saturday, February 4 from 9am to 3 pm, celebrate this year’s annual Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival. Church Row Park’s beautiful blooming cherry trees are showcased during the festival. The festival includes an all day line up of Japanese and multi-cultural performing artists, bonsai, origami and traditional tea ceremony demonstrations will also take place. Indulge in delicious

February 18, 19, 20, 2017 Hawaii Panaewa Rodeo Stampede

Who would have thought you could catch a world class rodeo while visiting the Big Island? But this is one event you won’t want to miss.
